I will access the progress of the plan as the weeks past, and can tweak the plan if we decide you should do more or less of something. The customised work out plans keep the sessions varied and fresh, and I will demonstrate each move so that your posture or technique is spot on.
I will motivate you in each session and make you strive for more, and we’ll praise your consistency and progress when you feel like throwing in the towel.

Setting specific, measurable and relevant goals that I can put a timeframe on will help to motivate and drive my clients. I love seeing how much progress my clients make, physically and mentally, from the first time I met them. With consent, I will take pictures after a series of 10 sessions or so, so that you can witness the advances that you have made.
No two training sessions will ever be the same, so you’re guaranteed to try something new each session. Each session will target a different goal setting, be it agility, flexibility, strength or power, to name just a few.
