Personal Trainer in the City of London

In recent years, health and fitness has grown massively in popularity. Everybody wants to jump on the latest trend; whether that be juicing, attaching an electric ab belt around your stomach to help with toning or intermittent fasting. What many people don’t realise is that these trends could actually cause harmful and dangerous effects to your body rather than improving your health and fitness.

Personal training is the best way to keep fit. By physically having someone else plan a gym session, teach and show you how to use all the equipment properly and appropriately and ensure you are carrying out all the exercises with the correct techniques, you have no excuse!

Personal trainer City of London

If you don’t set yourself health and fitness-based goals at the start of your personal training journey, this will make it very difficult for you to feel happy and satisfied with the progress you have made. I work closely with clients to create relevant goals which they feel that they can achieve within a particular time frame.

It is important to note that getting fit is a process and it won’t just happen overnight. You need to be patient and know that with each personal training session you carry out, improvements will be made not only on the outside but also on the inside. Goals can be short and long term and the main aim is for you to feel happier within yourself – they also shouldn’t be purely appearance based, and as a personal trainer, I always like to work towards feeling better in yourself.

There are a variety of health and fitness goals that I typically like to set our clients, however if you come to me with an idea of what you would like to achieve, we will 100% take this into account. For example, if you have been struggling to hit your 70kg squat for a while, we can work together to ensure you reach and achieve this in a specific time period.

Struggle to find the time to work out?

For people who are completely new to fitness, as a personal trainer in London, I will make you feel comfortable and calm within a gym environment. However, if you feel like you would prefer to work out within the comfort of your own home, I am able to travel which will also save you time and money if you have a busy schedule.

People always say that there are never enough hours in the day, and even though this is partly true, if you are truly dedicated to getting fit and improving your overall wellbeing, you will devote an hour out of your day to exercise. Working 9-5 is very tiring, you put all your energy into travelling, working for 8 hours and by the time you get home and have dinner, you feel like the day is over but after carrying out a series of training sessions with me, your endorphin levels will be through the roof and your motivation to exercise will be back!

Routine is key, and you need to make sure you plan your week to ensure there is no chance that you could be ‘too busy’ or ‘too tired’. If you have children and are struggling to find child care, let me travel to your home and you can keep an eye on the kids while they play!

What are my City of London training sessions like?

As an affordable personal trainer in London, I will make sure to not only teach, but also educate you on the human anatomy and physiology. The body is so complex and diverse, and the smallest of changes can improve your health and fitness levels. Each session you attend will be different. I pride myself on providing variety to every client, ensuring they stay motivated and interested in the exercise they are carrying out.

My style of training is very different to your typical personal trainer and in comparison to gym-based trainers, my innovative approach to fitness has worked for all my clients in the past. With over 10 years of experience, I have a proven track record, specialising in fat loss, mixed martial arts training and training sessions for women.

Fitness assessments are carried out before the beginning of a person’s training session journey. For people who have very little experience in the fitness industry, these assessments are useful as it will allow me to measure client’s strengths and weaknesses – highlighting any areas that need improvements – if you’re interested, enquire using the contact form on my website.

With years of experience, I have the ability to answer any questions you may have about fitness, health and wellbeing. No need to feel obliged to sign up, but feel free to give me a call on 07803 006745 and we can discuss your fitness needs into further detail.
