My name’s Trystan and I have over ten years’ experience working in the fitness industry, helping people to transform peoples lives for the better. I create effective nutrition plans and training programmes, incorporating a whole range of effective exercises which are designed to help you lose fat and tone up. My training plans can be done at a local gym, in a big green open space, in the comfort of your own home or at our gym in Shoreditch – the possibilities are endless.

I train clients right across South West London in open green spaces, in gyms and in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I also have a dedicated gym in Shoreditch in Bethnal Green, if you prefer to train in a gym environment and use a variety of different cardio and weight machines. My dedicated workout plans can be tailored to the desired environment that you would like to work out in. Whether you prefer 1-2-1 sessions or group sessions, I’m ready and waiting to transform you mentally and physically, installing a new lease of life and confidence into your life.
If you want to try something a little different, I also hold regular bootcamps in Bethnal Green. The bootcamps include a whole host of equipment-free movements including push ups, box jumps, squats, planking and sprints. Bootcamps and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) are so effective because they enable you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building and cardio fitness – all in less time than by other methods!
